Yup I agree, I also think that all genres have their own problems. Maybe it's just me who doesn't like shounen stories... and since I'm a romance fan so I'll judge by the romance, tbh I almost always give up on shounen romance, but yeah shoujo is tiring too lol I think it's kinda tiring to see the same thing over and over again. Sakamoto Days! Thanks for the short review~ I just started reading this, can't really judge anything other than it's funny. I thought Sakamoto can't speak bahaha but apparently he can speak to his wife "this is my job so I can give you a present" lmao xD (please forgive me Sakamoto....)
And thanks for the warning! Surprisingly I'm fine with something like Made in Abyss, but I feel a bit uneasy if the characters look like real human. It feels uncomfortable to see humans killing each other so... but well it's forgivable if it's a cool fiction I guess bahahaha ( ̄▽ ̄*)ゞ
Oooh, do you mean the current arc in the anime? Or the arc that's being talked about on the internet? (when that sensei was split in two). Btw, who is your favorite in JJK? I personally like Maki and actually the biggest and main reason I watch JJK is because of her! I don't really understand why but she looks very charming to me. If she dies then that day will be the last day, I'll cut ties with JJK :'D
YESSS! I'm glad that Doukyuusei was the first bl animanga I was exposed to. It was so good, simple yet mesmerizing and very memorable. I can even imagine and hear Kusakabe and Rihito's voices while writing this :") their seiyuu worked really well. The animation is not overdone, everything is just right. I loved it so much especially the Blanc book, it was perfect. I've never watched Banana Fish but seeing people getting sad every time they talk about the two characters makes me think that I'll never watch it, I'm not good at handling deep sadness :")
Glad to hear that! ♡ I'm deeply in love with Harukaze because I kinda resonate with one of the characters, as well as Our Dining Table. I think I can make this reply much longer if I start talking about Harukaze hahah so let's talk about it another time if you've read it~ I looked up Color Collection and found out it's by Tomo Serizawa! You know her stories tend to be gentle and heartfelt, she and Nagisa Furuya in my opinion are two new gen bl mangaka who can present simple yet gentle and memorable stories so thanks for the recommendation, I'll be reading it soon. Oh and since you like bl, do you also read gl and lgbtq+ stories in general?
Hotaru no Yomeiri is enjoyable so far, nothing grand and fancy yet but it at least gives a different atmosphere among the so-so love stories these days... Skip to Loafer and Hirayasumi are basically cousins!! They have so many similarities. If you like one of them you must like the other one too ;) please let me know whenever you check it out~ if you don't mind! („• ᴗ •„)
Btw, what's your favorite joseinen slice of life anime? Like, something that's so memorable that it might be hard to move from its throne?
Eeeh, you're a writer? Cool! May I know what kind of stories you write?
Hahaha I'm honestly a bit scared (?) every time I say this but to be honest, I'm not really into shounen either...... especially the action and romance ones :( though there are some exceptions of course! I prefer shoujoseinen though again, maybe as I get older, I'm also getting tired of the "trivial" and annoying shoujo dramas. But to find something cute and refreshing is usually more common in shoujo so that's why I still like it ;) what makes you feel that JJK's writing is not good enough these days? I didn't read the JJK manga but I was interested in Sakamoto Days because the spoiler panels on the internet looked fun, hahaha. Maybe I'll read it in the near future~ while we're on the topic, what's your favorite genre?
Yes! I also really like bl. A little tmi, I read bl purely out of curiosity haha, I was watching two anime in a row where the FL was a bl fan and it made me think, "is bl that interesting?" so I googled it and... watched Doukyuusei. That was my first bl and omg, I think I've re-watched it so many times xD it left a good impression on me and since then I've been following a lot of bl. What was your first bl?
Hmm, the bl stories I've been reading lately are mediocre, nothing memorable. Maybe the ones that kinda left an impression are Bokura no Chikyuu no Arukikata and Mitsuya-sensei no Keikakuteki na Ezuke, and even then it's still on-going :( oh! and Kimi to nara Koi wo Shitemitemo, but that's just a typical comfy bl, so yeah. (sometimes I need simple stories like this as palate cleanser lol). Have you ever read Old-Fashioned Cupcake? That's one of the most memorable bl for me, besides Harukaze and Our Dining Table. As for non-bl stories, I've been really enjoying Subaru to Suu-san and Hotaru no Yomeiri lately. How about you?
By the way, sorry for the late reply! It's a bit embarrassing but I'm pretty bad at managing my time :'> but I hope we can keep in touch, fishez-san! ( *ˊᵕˋ* )
I think so, too. Besides I'm not really a huge whale lol, I just spend a little over 250P every month so its nothing compared to people with actual hardcore gacha addiction.
I would try the game eventually when I have the money to buy again lol. Also thanks for the conversation, its been great talking to you.
Where is Stardew Valley available? is it on steam?
Terraria is similar to minecraft but 2D so I don't think they're similar at all, I would give Stardew Valley a try in the future since I did play some sim games before.
I also used to play Terraria with a lot of mods, it was fun having new contents and mechanics to play around with. I stopped playing years ago but talking about it now makes me really nostalgic and wanting to play the game again.
