Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
vegetable oil
1/2 iceberg lettuce
1 red pepper
2 cucumbers
1 ball of mozzarella (125g)
280 g canned corn
3 tablespoons natural yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup

Did you miss the part where they put yogurt and mayo in along with some seasonings?
This is why the World is so fat. Like when ppl put sugar on top of already sweet breakfast cereal or ranch on pizza. I'm sure it is delicious but NO. The corn should be replaced just empty calories. Add spinach or a variety of other veggies.
Second time I’ve made it. Used a bag of mixed frozen veggies in place of just corn, added onion and Franks hot sauce in lieu of ketchup for a kick. Really hits the spot from Phoenix Arizona USA.

It might be a little easier to eat if you cut the lettuce into cubes instead of strips. Easier to get into your mouth without making a mess. That is a very pretty salad ! I just bought some small cucumbers with this salad in mind ! I can't wait to try it. It is a meal all by itself !

Looks yummy, but I think, as some commenters said, I'd use fresh garlic. Interesting twist with the dressing, putting in Ketchup ( we call it tomato sauce). I'll give this a try. Maybe add some avocado as well.

Looks good but I would replace highly inflammatory vegetable oil with healthy olive or avocado oil, omit high carb corn and replace iceberg lettuce with nutritious romaine or spring mix
Of course, the salad can be modified to your taste.
I use canola oil, which is as healthy as olive oil. Regards
