I mean it's basically censored porn. Fuck the main character he's such a player bitch without even knowing. He didn't deserve Aya or Honoka but he got both for a period of time.
It's a decent read for action/ecchi lovers. The story is a little bit hard to follow and the lead up is good but the ending doesn't really deliver. The art is excellent and I wish more of this guy's work was translated.
