Don't you love it when you MAL doesn't have a dedicated section to have small personal reviews on your list, so you have to resort to the Tags section, but then after you write one that you're really proud of, it disappears once you reload cause MAL has a limit and they suck like that, and you know that you can use CSS stuff to bypass that, but you're way too lazy and don't have the time to, so you would rather complain on your About Me section, knowing full well that MAL will change nothing, so you either need to rework your review to be under the limit and not be that proud of it anymore, or just let people checking it out be disappointed because it cuts out and is left incom-

MAL doesn't have a dedicated section to have small personal reviews on your list, so you have to resort to the Tags section

You can write pretty long personal reviews in the notes section, the section where you've added "watched weekly" etc. to your list. Actually, tags like "watched weekly" is what the tags section is better equipped for cause it's comma-separated and filterable.
