Genmukan

The Important part about Genmukan is the plot and it's mystery. Past that, it's only Adequate in the other categories.

Story:7. It's a mystery, following a Detective at an old mansion. As he starts to work through the case, things get complicated. It's not too deep, but it gives a good Mystery feel to it. Nothing dramatic in terms of the mystery, but the story is consistent with it's feel.

Art:6. Nothing too flash. It's not amazing, but it gives enough detail.

Sound:6. Not too fancy. Special effects sound right, and the voice actors give their characters some feeling, though it might ... be a bit bland.

Character:7. You don't get development, but That would be hard in 2 OVAs... That said, the characters have a little bit of originality to them. The Main guy doesn't just screw everything at first glance like some Hentai, so I appreciated his focus.

X-Scenes:6. Features Hetero and some Lesbian. Genetalia is not avoided, but it's nothing to get too excited over. Most of the scenes seemed only average, having nothing special about them, and even seeming a bit dry at times. They aren't thrown in though, and do fit well with the plot.

Overall:6. It's something you can watch in your spare time, but if you have other things to watch, I'd go with them. Don't watch it for the Sex-scenes, as they aren't that special.
It's an average Detective story, that is somewhat entertaining.

Story 3/10 -detective that smokes 40 cigarettes a day. He and his lovely lady assistant come upon a mysterious parcel at work with an address and the single request of "Protect this family". When he scouts out the address he finds an enormous estate with an equally ... breathtaking European-style mansion. He heads to the building to further investigate. There he finds the steward, the maid, the manservant, and even the young-lady of the house along with her tutor. However, the master of the premises is nowhere to be found. He then realizes that he's in too deep, but finds out that he's locked within the pavilion. He will soon witness the wicked perverted secret behind the mansion ... bruh
