Chainsaw Man

Denji is robbed of a normal teenage life, left with nothing but his deadbeat father's overwhelming debt. His only companion is his pet, the chainsaw devil Pochita, with whom he slays devils for money that inevitably ends up in the yakuza's pockets. All Denji can do is dream of a good, simple life: one with delicious food and a beautiful girlfriend by his side. But an act of greedy betrayal by the yakuza leads to Denji's brutal, untimely death, crushing all hope of him ever achieving happiness.

Remarkably, an old contract allows Pochita to merge with the deceased Denji and bestow devil powers on him, changing him into a hybrid able to transform his body parts into chainsaws. Because Denji's new abilities pose a significant risk to society, the Public Safety Bureau's elite devil hunter Makima takes him in, letting him live as long as he obeys her command. Guided by the promise of a content life alongside an attractive woman, Denji devotes everything and fights with all his might to make his naive dreams a reality.

Love the chainsaw man
I would like to say that the anime is incredibly beautiful, incredibly KINO. The chainsaw man was really on the throne when anime been released. But all this animation costs money and time. So it's no wonder that the Reze movie has become simpler. But I don't think that's a bad thing. No. It's cool that we have such an unusual anime in terms of animation
But it will be even more cooler when a people will see the whole story. After all, plot and characters is the most important thing in chainsaw man

I recommend anime to everyone, you may never see anime ... of this quality again

Mixed Feelings

Honestly, if this were Aki´s story i would have watched 500 episodes, Aki should be the main character not the pervert of Denji (i think the perfect word to describe him is PAJERO in spanish).
So, i think is understandable that Denji is such a pervert, considering how he grew up, but its still unbearable. We got it you are a virgin and dont wanna die that way, but why focus the plot on his relationships with women if it's not going to lead to anything?

Denji does not have a goal beside eating and thinking of get laid, is such a boring main character, ... and not only because of that, also because the story itself dont wanna be more than that. Is also predictable, you can tell who is gonna die, and sadly who should die is Denji and the story should focus on Aki or any other character that is less boring (Kobeni would be a good main character as well).

On the other hand, the story starts a little slow, but after about episode 5, the story keeps you watching, and about the animation, is so good, the opening and the endings are amazing as well, the ending 8 is ART as i was watching the first 15 seconds i was thinking "i would watch 200 animes of this" and the ending 12 is done by my favorite japanese singer! so definetly i didnt skip any of them and i think are pretty iconic.

THATS IT. Denji = pajero and boring Aki = god

English is no my first lenguage btw, and anyway im not really interested of doing a good review of this anime, since they werent really interested of doing a good story.

I spent the whole show prepping this review, trying to think of some justification as to why I'm able to enjoy something like Higurashi and Deadpool, but I wasn't able to enjoy this. And... I got nothin. It just didn't click with me and I apologize if that's frustrating and contradictory to the other pieces of media I've consumed. I just couldn't vibe with this one. I still stand by the visuals in this show being fantastic, which was the whole reason why I wanted to watch it in the first place. The lighting and colors specifically are unbelievably gorgeous. But I just couldn't bring ... myself to care about the story at all when its being led by characters that just have nothing to them other then "i want to kill and touch bewbies, plz". I know that the story is far from over, so there's probably a lot more depth that I've yet to realize. But I don't know. I just kinda need more to work with right from the get-go than just mindless gore and sexual harassment. If the anime ever continues, I'm gonna have to force myself to keep up with it week to week, because I can't see myself binging another season of this.
