MeikoMeiko is Kuryugumi's private doctor. She first meets Tsukasa after the latter is shot with a Paramelt bullet from a gun marked with the inverted cross symbol. After witnessing Tsukasa's violent reaction to the coating on the bullet, Meiko is left confused and fearful of her — an impression enforced after Tsukasa goes through more drastic and rapid personality changes. When she returns to normal, Meiko makes a point of scolding her for using foul language and not acting femininely.
