Admittedly she doesnt have too many that appear through the show but there are still enough for people to have a personal preference.
I myself love the hair tied up in bunches that she has when she is swimming, I dont know I just think it multiplies her cuteness factor something fierce lol.

I'd have to say normal or down. I just like straight long hair ^^
Besides, the Taiga that we all know and love wears that hairstyle 95% of the time like you said, so it's normal that whenever we get the image of Taiga, it'll be with that hair.
I love her with the down hairstyle :3 I loveh er normal hairstyle as well but I will vote for that ^^ though uptied is good as well with christmas ^^ she looks more mature there
