 The official website for Production I.G's Yuukoku no Moriarty (Moriarty the Patriot) announced the series' first main cast members and released a second teaser visual (pictured) on Saturday.Cast Albert James Moriarty: Takuya Satou (Captain Tsubasa (2018)) William James Moriarty: Souma Saitou (Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records) Louis James Moriarty: Chiaki Kobayashi (Vinland Saga) Sherlock Holmes: Makoto Furukawa (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen) Yuukoku no Moriarty is an adaptation of the manga of the same name, written by Ryousuke Takeuchi (All You Need is Kill) with art by Hikaru Miyoshi (Kanshikan Tsunemori Akane). The anime was announced in December of last year, and will be directed by Kazuya Nomura (Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru) with character designs adapted for the screen by Tooru Ookubo (Sengoku Basara). | I've wanted Souma as William ever since I started reading the manga a couple of years ago so I'm kind of losing my shit rn Furukawa as Sherlock is gonna be so good too!!! Can't wait to see their bickering!! I'm so excited the manga is so good and the cast/staff is looking 10/10, so blessed T_T |
