So, I have read somewhere that some people are kinda in rage cause of the fast pacing and the amount of details left out of this anime adaptation.

Is the details and pacing really that bad compared to the source (novel or manga)?
If it is really that bad, is the manga adaptation adapt almost all if not all the elements in the novel? Cause I am not really a novel guy tbh.

Do share your secret basement site to read please for either manga or novel based on your opinion.

This is how it usually goes with LN adaptations. Lots of content gets cut, especially the MC's inner thoughts, details, background stories and scenes here and there. It would be quite surprising if this was not the case here as well.

No one is a "novel guy", until they start reading.

Some of the most popular shows in this season are based in Light Novels.

Re:Zero is doing a amazing adaptation. Seriously, i keep a topic in the forum to hightlight everything relevant that is being skipped in the anime, and you can see that there isn't anything important missing. In order to do that, one single arc of the story is being adapted in 24/25 episodes with most of them skipping OP or ED to gain screentime.

Sword Art Online last season is being terrible. Due to the skipped content, the plot holes are with the size of the moon. Many nonsense situations that every anime-only can figure out.

And now, this Demon Academy, i am anime-only and i dont feel like anything is really missing.

That is the most important difference of point of view between satisfied anime-only audience and unsatisfied novel readers:

We anime viewers don't miss anything. But the Novel readers wanted ALL the details to be here.

It don't means the adaptation is a failure, right?

Ln readers are the most annoying fans in anime tbh. They can't seem to grasp the idea of an anime adaptation. Just because it's an adaptation of a LN source material doesn't mean everything has to be inside. Just judge the anime as a separate series and go from there and you will realize the missing details aren't that important, except for a few cases, like DanMachi Sword Oratoria.

Louder please! :) Manga readers and LN readers are all same to me. They even boast and throw away spoilers easily especially on FB or Youtube.
