| Try Umineko, by the same author (although it's incomplete but it's basically the same show and it has Cicadas). Also try, Kino's journey (The old version). For some odd reason, It has cicada sounds and I remember it being very mysterious yet calming. |

| Evangelion has a lot of cicada sounds. Also you should watch the 2006 version of this anime it's much better (and has the cicadas too) |
| You'll find those in basically every anime with summer rural setting. Try Non Non Biyori. It's nothing like umineko, but you'll hear this soundbyte too. |
