| Yes, he did say that. But I have a feeling this will be taken out of context by some people. My understanding was he was saying they should focus on Japanese tastes because even western gamers expect a Japanese game to feel like...well, a Japanese game. There was no jab at western games in there. Not even a jab at the vocal minority who are firmly against certain content. Just a statement on how gamers prefer variety. I'm only saying all this because I have a strong feeling certain people will try to make this political. Dude seems too chill for him to have meant it in that way. |
| How I wish they would. Unfortunately the western territories are a big piece of the pie for Japan, so they're probably always going to be bending down to their will. |
