Didn't watch it all, but i at least wanted to see Kamina again before the time-jump.
Not much more to say about it...
^_^; Yeah, I just ended up watching it raw...the things we've already seen don't need much translation. I wonder if they're going to use 'Happily ever after' as a new ending, or if it was just something special to tie off that arc? All that concept art was gorgeous! If they come out with an artbook I must have it! The preview at the end was a nice teaser, though...
I have to agree with Faust, it was a well done recap.

Also, I have to add. I love the concept art from the ending. I hope when it end, there will be a art book for this series. If there were, I would buy it in a heart beat.
Not bad for a recap, I really liked them showing the artist doing the art for the episode titles because I really like the care-free pencil strikes that are used for it. Anyway... let's see how things change over seven years.
I didn't like this recap much. Well, to be fair, I hardly ever like recaps, so this episode wasn't off to the best of starts. Mind you, the preview at the end looks cool. On to the next episode then...

Actually I really liked this recap episode. It was nice after having so many episodes filled with crazy emotions, and though it was a recap it wasn't at all boring in my opinion. The ending with all that artwork was really cool as well. Looking forward to the time jump, Simon looks so cool :3

The best part though has to be the end credits- the concept art was absolutely GORGEOUS.

The recap was done pretty well, I must admit. Looking forward to the next episode now! I guess it will probably be humans vs humans/new gen of beastmen now.
Honestly that was probably the best recap episode I've ever seen. Good to see Kamina one more time. The guy we saw in the prologue is obviously Simon now from the preview.
That was a pretty good recap it had all the awesome and epic moments that made episodes up to this part good memories looking forward to the next episode

A good recap should have at least a few minutes of new content to drive the plot forward.
It did the job of recapping...but. Who the hell cares? I just watched all that. I could have literally skipped the entire episode and I wouldn't have missed a thing.
I don't think a recap episode can get any better than this. Ending was awesom too, I liked to see concept art. Also preview to the next episode was promising. I can't wait to see next episode!
The bias in me will forever say that Gintama does recap show like now other, but that was enjoyable even though I only watched the last half. I didn't want to bawl over Kamina again, so I avoided it for my sake.

I'm really intrigued by this recap episode...another Gainax anime...Neon Genesis Evangelion...had a recap episode and then after that the series got a whole lot darker...so I'm wondering where Gainax will take TTGL now...

Sighs After hearing Nia's voice, she is stupid. Time to drop this show. Should not have Kamnia get killed.
Ok so I put this series on hold for the second time a year ago at episode 15, and I'm giving it another go now.
I still am not completely over Kamina's death, but I think I'll hold out until the end this time. It was a real heart-felt joy to see him again in all his glory.
