TV Anime of Light Novel 'Nisemonogatari' Announced [Update Dec 17]

At the live conference on Niconico Live, Nisio Isin's light novel "Nisemonogatari" was announced to get a TV anime adaptation. It will be aired from January 2012.

Oshino Shinobu: Sakamoto Maaya
Kaiki Deishu: Miki Shinichiro
Kagenui Yozuru: Shiraishi Ryoko
Ononoki Yotugi: Hayami Saori

Synopsis:
A sequel to Bakemonogatari. A black swindler Kaiki Deishu, who once deceived Hitagi, returned to the town and spreads the incantation, which cursed Nadeko before. Koyomi's sisters Karen and Tsukihi try to capture Deishu but...

I have the strangest feeling that the animation style of SHAFT, albeit irritating and overdrawn at times, will suit the series rather well. I'm not entirely sure what to think of it, but looking forward to seeing the outcome.
