K: Memory of Red Manga Ends July 27th

According to Manga News Japon, the K: Memory of Red manga will end July 27th. Aria, the magazine it runs in, will have an announcement about it in that issue. K: Memory of Red was adapted as part of the anime K in 2012.

It really is a great manga, but if you watched the anime it is pretty clear, that it would end now. It was even hinted in the last chapter.
But if you haven't watched then ... yeah ... then there wouldn't be a possibility to know I guess ^^"

Bleach has got the announcement, except it's not gonna be ending this year. Dunno about FT, but OP still has another 10 years or so, at the very least, in it.
