Well yeah, that sounds about right for C; But instead of a battle game system based on economy terms, the real-world economy itself was influenced by this "game" and because of that it dealed a lot with using economic terms not even my economy class had taught me haha. The ending was quite ... perplexing.

Finished publishing a while ago also, so I was hoping the anime would adapt the whole thing, but I guess the first season of the anime did not sell well enough for that :/ It's a shame since I wanted to see how much firearms would affect the balance of power.

I think a common theme all those anime share is a theme of trying to manage money or an economy, especially with Maoyuu which is why I drew similarities to Amagi that also deals in having to work with a limited budget in the anime. "C" though, if you've seen it, is literally all about money and the state of the economy so if you want an anime the deals with that sort of thing, there is probably no better thing.
And I fairly liked Maoyuu as well, but I was pretty disappointed it didn't go any further. I really liked what was given to us though, not to mention Maoyuu herself is a waifu.

Oooo speaking of Pokemon, did you hear about Pokemon Go yet? I'm sure you have, but as hyped as I am for it, I'm kind of bummed the big Pokemon announcement wasn't a canon game :/ But I got a top comment in the announcement video on Youtube, so that was nice. And with the new Zygarde leak, a new canon game is almost inevitable so look forward to that being announced soon!

Precisely. It's almost always preferable for fans and anime studios alike if the anime adapts the source material as accurately as possible. It's best to avoid a bunch of controversy too like Akame ga Kill going anime original, boy oh boy were those salty times lol. Lots of good anime out there are just waiting for said source material to contribute more material to continue the anime, but for a lot of anime like High School of the Dead and Hunter x Hunter, such a thing is but a pipe dream ... Lazy mangakas will be lazy mangakas I suppose. But yeah, not every season 2 is all hearts and butterflies either (I'm looking at you Darker than Black.).

You know what, I'm happy with how Baccano ended too, but I definitely wouldn't mind a second season either :D So long as they don't butcher it haha.

As for me, I went to interview and the company gave me an assignment to see if I have what it takes for the position.
For sake of that, I stayed offline for a few days. You know, once I get online and started talking to people, or watching youtube videos, or going on kissanime or MAL or anything, I will get so distracted. So yeah heehee >.<
Now I've submitted the assignment and awaiting feedback from the company. I hope I got the job! Neenee, pray for me too if you can haha xD
