Lmao you started with golden deer too? I went for verdant wind for one reason and one reason alone: Claude. I think my obsession with Claude is a *bit* too much. I mean, you know it’s bad when you makes your character female for the sole purpose of being able to get S-support with Claude a̶b̶s̶o̶l̶u̶t̶e̶l̶y̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶c̶a̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶f̶e̶m̶a̶l̶e̶ ̶B̶y̶l̶e̶t̶h̶ ̶g̶o̶t̶ ̶h̶u̶g̶e̶ ̶h̶o̶n̶k̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶i̶g̶h̶t̶s̶,̶ ̶n̶o̶p̶e̶. That man is gonna single handedly make me bisexual. JUST LOOK AT HIM. I didn’t care the least about the other characters in the respective houses. Claude is in golden deer? Golden deer best house. But I mean wow, being completely unbiased, or well, as unbiased I can be when talking about Claude, he was an AMAZING unit too, probably my favorite in the game. He got so much good shit it’s fucking insane. Firstly, Barbarossa got 8 move, canto and his pass ability from Leicester linage + him mainly using bows was just a disgustingly good combo. And then he got good speed and solid dex making him able to reliably crit a lot. And then, oh boy, and then he got fallen star. What the fuck is that shit??? It dodges the next attack 100% and that combined with his speed meant he took no damage at all against enemies slower than him. I can’t remember how many times I won a battle by casually flying over to the commander with Claude, then use fallen star and the enemy commander just commits suicide by attacking Claude and missing.
