Well, if I actively made the decision to drop a manga instead of finishing, it would imply that I'd also have a strong opinion regarding it. That's why every single anime or manga on my dropped list has a score.

Maybe Kingdom gets better. And maybe I'll try reading it again at some point. But the first 5 chapters did not give me a positive impression.

Eh? ... I don't understand what you mean, i watched all the first seasons of the anime you mentioned..? And i did watch boku no s2, i just dropped it mid way because it was really bad for me, normally, and ESPECIALLY when the villain came around (too cringe). D gray man i watched too long ago to continue with the second season, kuro i didn't watch because people say s2 is bad, and back when i watched it there was NO season 2 anyway...

Boku no hero s1? Maybe it wouldn't deserve a 5/10 in 2005 to 2010 and before that, but nowadays? Definitely does, because, well, its EXTREMELY plain, it doesn't differentiate itself from other anime like it in any single way, so that's why the score is so low. Extremely generic underdog story, extremely generic characters, extremely normal way of implementing everything. Compare it to, for example, kenichi, tiger and bunny (although the cg is still bad)... Both are way older yet are way more interesting in their plot, much more entertaining and that's despite being WAY older...
