In regards to Ghost in the Shell, I only saw the movie and not the whole franchise...I just couldn't get into that series.

Refrain was really good, especially the last half of the series when things get quite emotional and how characters like Riki, Rin, Kyousuke, Masato, and Kengo have developed as characters. The EX Special was really cool too, my favorite episodes from it being the Saya Tokido arc, I loved her character and the bond she shared with Riki was really heartwarming too with the romantic scenes they had together. Saya is much like Angel Beats' Yurippe as they're both awesome action girls who use guns and voiced by the same seiyuu. Yui Horie impressed me in her performance as Riki in showcasing her versatility considering she voiced Kanon's Ayu previously. One thing I didn't really like though was Kud's arc, it wasn't really taken in with her story and feel it was forced melodrama. Regardless, I feel it is a good series nevertheless.

Yes. However, I was also talking about it in the sense that it's a series that's commonly rated very highly to trick people into watching it to troll them.

I see that Clannad: After Story is among your favourite anime, and I realllllllly often see in on people's favourites lists.... I know that Clannad (the first season) is one of the most charished anime, but honestly I didn't LOVE it. So I wasn't planning to watch After Story, but everyone keeps telling me it's SO good.... so.. I think I'll end up watching it in the end
