Both are pretty decent comedy anime, nothing amazing but quite good. And unlike most Japanese centered comedies, they are easy to understand and sometimes even make references / jokes about Western media, making them more suitable for Western audiences (both still take place in Japan though).
Chio-chan is school setting while Nami Kiite has a full adult cast who already have a job.
