Giving new life to the dead, or creating new life from the unknown. Yes, it is supernatural phenomenons.
Comedy and a slice of school life, along with the very similar art of the two series. And i mean it literally, as you can compare a character from each series and only be able to find little differences in their appearance.
Other than that, the plot will always take the turn for the unexpected.
Both have goth like stylizations to it and also both share a school setting and a dash of comedy too and a young girl as the lead character to and both have a focus on weird supernatural shit happening around the characters and figuring out whats even going in the first place as well too.
