The story was good and the pacing was just right. There were some things that could've been explained better, but if you're not as observant as others, you'd hardly notice them. There was a lot of romance and definitely a good amount of action. The first episode was really intense, but the badass ending really topped it.

I really liked the art and how all the characters looked (well, maybe Yuki's character is an exception--not really a fan of his character's physical appearance).

You know how in horror films, the sound effects are sometimes scarier than the other scenes, or when they boost the scare-factor of the overall film? I think that's how it was with Mirai Nikki, for me.

I would love to get into each character and what I love about them, but that might take some time. Generally, I loved all the characters (especially Yuno!) except for Yuki, our male lead. I guess you could say he's practically a male version of Bella Swan. (I'm not bashing Twilight--I actually like it--but we all know that Bella doesn't do anything to help.) Yuno, the female lead, is a character you could either love or hate. I definitely loved her. I thought her character was the best developed out of them all.

Like I said, each episode made me want to watch the next! Most of the time, when I watch anime, I end up getting bored as the series goes on... Mirai Nikki doesn't drag the plot around, every episode has a purpose, and every episode is thrilling.
