On a serious note, This is horror, in it's purest form, not scary, not overly gory, just pure, unbridled terror.
Definitely not for the squeamish, had to pause to take a mental break an hour in, and I still wasn't prepared.
If you're looking for the next Body (Water) Horror film...
Look no further, you've found it. you've damn well found it.
If you're looking for literally anything else, run. after putting it on your watch for later of course.
Also I watched it with a friend and they couldn't handle the gorier/goopier parts. they wanted me to add this.
