The characters are not likable, with lots of ego from the MC which is typical for korean manwha. The sick mom is a weak and overused attempt at giving the MC some likability. None of the other characters are memorable or have any depth .
Plot is generic and shows very little effort has been put into it. In season 1 they copied SAO's dungeon where only the MC came out alive. Here in season 2, it was hard to be surprised at the similarity to HxH's Chimera's ants. In general, the plot offers nothing interesting, but it's entertaining to see what abilities the other S rank have been given.
The anime would appeal to younger kids who have not seen SAO or HxH or the Gamer but otherwise it's very bland indeed.
I am committed to finishing the series but will likely forget it a week later.
