Considered one of the worst anime of all time, Chou Henshin Cosprayers, or The Cosmopolitan Prayers, is actually part of a franchise of three series and related specials that aired throughout the first 3 seasons of 2004. They were all animated by Imagin and Studio Live, and were produced by a company named m.o.e. They all intertwine in various ways.
