Other than Hanako's obviously glaring brocon issues (which may or may not render some uncomfortable,) I think the Minamoto brothers are also good contenders for this category. I mean, Kou's got the whole housewife vibe going on at home and Teru is actually slightly more dependent on his brother than meets the eye, especially when it comes to not plunging the kitchen into disaster. || highly popular stylish supernatural comedy with a sinister twist(s) / ongoing / licensed in English / adapted to anime.

I don't think there's anything funnier than seeing the image of what initially appears to be a mature, upstanding bespectacled character shatter as he continously begs his younger brother to call him "onii-chan" and shamelessly plays bishoujo VNs with the heroine modelled after his brother. || popular pseudo-BL Isekai adventure-comedy classic based on a novel and has multiple anime adaptations / finished / partially licensed in English (out of print.)

A collection of oneshots but the first few stories focus on two siblings living together--a troubled deliquent kid and his softie older brother--who end up learning a bit more about each other despite being complete opposites. || mainly lighthearted SOL but the rest of the stories include darker themes, as well as some BL / finished.

Look at the cover and guess which one is the onii-chan. Chances are, you're wrong. There are some "questionable" moments between the brothers but it's not supposed to be taken seriously. And anyways, who wouldn't want a totally handsome host of a younger brother to appear out of nowhere and stick to them like glue? || simple yet sweet SOL josei set in a cafe with a sprinkle of male harem / finished (axed.)

I mean, it's in the title. Guy obsessed with his little brother is heartbroken when he finds out there's another man in said brother's life (le gasp) but that doesn't mean oniisan won't get some loving of his own. || run-of-the-mill silly but cute BL manga / finished.

One of the ex-Princesses, who's a refined beauty and has the ground he walks upon worshipped by all, has eyes for none other than his little (plain-faced) brother! || classic crossdressing shoujo comedy with pretty art and a story that surprisingly has more to it than it lets on. / finished / licensed in English (out of print) / adapted to anime.

Haven't properly read this one yet, but know enough about it to tell that it's laced with the most wholesome of sibling relationships in general. Also seen enough clips of the anime on YouTube to know that Kotaroh is literally the cutest little creature in existence. || lighthearted SOL shoujo sprinkled with bittersweet family affairs / ongoing / licensed in English / adapted to anime.

This is THE brocon to end all brocon (so far.) To the point it'll make your skin crawl. Who'da thought a shounen sports manga would be where you'd find it?
