Anime with female characters who I think kinda fit this vibe. Ranges from truly unredeemable evil women to girls who could probably use a bit of therapy. Girl-bossing too close to the sun, or neurotic. Mild or extreme. (I'm not really going to include yanderes, there's probably already decent lists for that specific archetype)
