Ganjicore Taste
MangaSpoiler
The essential "Ganjicore" taste, pretty much a super glorified version of manga I like. Also works as a "niche manga that nobody knows recommendation list."
Most of these mangas are translated, there's only a few that aren't.
Only one manga per author.

Only chapter 1, 7-10 and 49-53 are translated. (yes zeroseiki translated chapters separately i'm not making this up)
Personally, this is my favorite animanga of all time. There's just something so genuinely special about seeing Honoo struggle, especially when his routine isn't perfect. He does meet with genuine success at the end, and from the very beginning the manga has a very goofy, charming tone that no other manga about making manga has. Shimamoto Kazuhiko hit it out of the park with this one.
Aoi Honoo is special. It truly is, I just wish that it had a proper translation.

An underrated Shonen Jump series, definitely needs more love.
Taikoubou is such an unique protagonist, there's something about his character that makes him stand out a lot more. He's not a generally "good" guy, he wants to do things his own way in a much more chaotic fashion. He's also more brains than brawns, something that a lot of Shonen Jump MCs aren't.
Definitely the best hidden gem in Shonen Jump. Please read it, it's worth your time.
