Get Out Manga Version: Reincarnation/Villainess

The reason I feel creeped out by isekai that feature soul transmigration/reincarnation or villainess stories: an Asian woman or man (less frequently) who inhabits the body of a European which I find very creepy, in the same way I find the movie 'Get Out' or the manga 'Inside Mari' creepy but no one seems to mind the isekai soul transmigration/
reincarnation/villainess genres because they're drawn and not live action?
It's especially creepy when middle aged Asian men get reincarnated into the bodies of European little girls (or boys) but they retain their memories and personality they had in their previous life.
For most of them I've only read the first chapter to confirm the premise.
