how strong is manga shinra ?

i’ve watched season one of fire force and enjoyed it and i am currently watching season 2, i see all the time on tiktok that apparently manga shinra solos naruto and one piece and stuff but i’m genuinely curious. without spoilers, how strong really is he.

yeah he can solo there verses. He is god tier in strength.

Well his power isn’t that easy to explain as the show is very i consistent with power scaling, like how season 1 we clearly see bullets would be lethal if they didn’t coincidently get literal bulletproof plot armor. Meanwhile Shinra is light speed and can apparently tank hits from a golem from the beginning of season 2 who can casually destroy several buildings, without his armor

people WILL NOT shut up about shinra being outerversal that makes absolutely no sense how he could go from a low 7-a all together to a low 1-a. the main reason why i dont believe it because no one has given me any proof and i cant find the manga anywhere so could someone break it down i just want this to be settled so im mot arguing with people everyday
