| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Some good racing this episode. Keisuke executes the plan perfectly until now but i guess it will depend how good his opponent will prove when the deciding moment comes. What i have a hard time accepting though is that they gain such abilities every time they visit a place. I mean sure they may learn something but they need to then practice what they learn day after day to master it. Fujiwara goes on deliveries every day so his getting all the practice in the world but i haven't seen if Keisuke practices something he discovered in a battle like that. He mostly just follows project D. |
| Nice episode with good old 1st season style race with lots of good music. Is it me or every Keisuke's serious race is about tires? Actually I think that catch up 6 seconds of lag against such a good opponent is impossible. |
| You guys don't understand anything ^ @Monad : He did practice, but blame the author or whatever shit because it's off-screen lmao, because our protagonist is Takumi, so it can't be help.. @DrimDrim : Not really, but in his case, he's skilled enough but he need to plan ahead so that his tires won't give out so early, and it's important. According to Ryosuke, 6seconds is 1second earlier than the limit, so it's possible to catch up because of their difference in cars, Keisuke's FD will do better than Kouzou's GT-R 34 downhill, that's why <-- Back to cars' difference, but only if Keisuke can live up to Ryosuke's expectation |

| This has been true for a while now, but I like how they aren't cutting Keisuke's races anymore, like they did at the start of the season. This race has been really cool so far too, it really feels like the hardest one yet for Keisuke, having to hold off and stuff. Let's see how the downhill section will roll out. |

| DOORIYAAAA! ;D Wow, whole episode covered only first half of the race (uphill). I felt some First Stage's vibes here. I wonder where Kyoko is hiding and saying "darling" to herself while thinking about Keisuke, 'cause I can't think she did not follow Keisuke this time, lol. |

| I don't think they'll lose this race, Takumi or Keisuke, but I have to think they'll lose or something catastrophic will happen soon. I mean, we're on Episode 20 of 24, and while I haven't looked at the synopsis for 5th stage, I doubt it continues Project D, otherwise this would just be a longer season, maybe I'm wrong though. Also yeah, Kyoko definitely has to be here just lurking, lmfao. That 6-second gap is crazy, and will be amazing if he's able to catch up with God-Foot. |
| Race starts and Keisuke already has the disadvantage, didn't know they reuse some songs like Takeshi's theme or maybe I just didn't notice and this song is unforgettable, Would like to see Keisuke speeding downhill been quite a while. |

| This sprint was very fast. From 0 to 100 km/h takes 10 or more seconds. I hope Keisuke wins. |
