Ballroom e Youkoso | TV | PV, CM
Ballroom e Youkoso adapts the manga drawn by Tomo Takeuchi. The first commercial features the song "Chandelier Waltz" by UNISON SQUARE GARDEN. The series will be helmed by Yoshimi Itazu (Sarusuberi: Miss Hokusai Chief Animation Director) at Production I.G and is slated to begin its broadcast in Summer 2017.

Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records | TV | PV
Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records is a TV anime by LIDENFILMS that adapts the light novel written by Tarou Hitsuji. Minato Kazuto will helm the series, which is slated to broadcast in Spring 2017 via AT-X, Tokyo MX, MBS, and other stations. The video previews the ending theme song "Precious You☆" by Yume Miyamoto, Akane Fujita, and Ari Ozawa.

Too much Haikyuu-like. I would rather have prefered I.G to use the artstyle&animation they've used for Kuroko no Basket, Psycho-Pass, Joker Game, Seirei no Moribito, Otogizoshi, Ghost in the Shell, etc.

Can you name a flaw with the art style? Can't really see anything wrong with it in the PV. In fact it looks pretty damn beautiful if anything

You haven't watched either of them, no one has. Wait to pass judgement why don't ya?

And pretty sure the ones talking about them have mostly read the source materials and like them. Just don't expect that you'll like them too just because some other people like it.

For Rokudenashi, not really. For me as long as those can entertain me and not really piss me off throughout the episodes then I'm pretty much fine and dandy. But some people do get tired of those type of stuff but I see why they're there in the first place tbh.

I'm not so sure now with Akashic Record. On one side, I want to hype for it because it features a somewhat Kazuma-like MC, because of the
turns out to be a tardy, lazy, and seemingly incompetent bastard of an instructor.

Sounds like Kazuma, except the incompetent ones were his teammates.

I also want to hype it because Mishima Kurone did the characters' original design like KonoSuba.... so hopefully it'd be good. Recently I've been getting disappointed with magical school harem with Taimadou 35, Hundred, Masou Gakuen HxH, etc. So I hope this one would be like KonoSuba, something that is unexpectedly good from something that sounded so generic.

Mostly excited for Hero Academia and Akashic Records, since I've read the manga for BnHA and I'm pretty interested for Akashic, besides... I need that dose of entertainment too.

Ballroom seems pretty interesting so I'm looking forward to it, seems like I.G really suits this very well.

Yeah, just like the people above me, I'm really looking forward to see Ballroom e Youkoso this Summer, having read the manga myself. Also hoping for a 2-cour. I'll put my trust in I.G. for this one.

Also looking forward to both HeroAca and Akashic Records, having read both of their manga. Seems like LIDENFILMS is putting a bit more into the latter than your usual generic seasonal LN adaptation so I hope it will be adapted decently, coming from them for once.
